In Finland our service department consists of over 100 service men working locally all over the country. Our mobile service system covers the most common spare parts in 23 areas, assuring service to our customers within 24 h. Additionally, we make service contracts and kitchen analysis for minimizing total after-sales costs and assuring a continuously smooth kitchen operation. For our international partners and subsidiaries we have language-skilled, dedicated personnel to provide spare parts and technical support. For new partners / on new products we provide individual installation and service training at our factory in Finland or at the premises of our partners.
